Texas Legislature Criminalizes 'Electronic Transmission' of Unrequested Erotic Material

Last Monday the Texas Legislature passed a bill criminalizing the “electronic transmission” of unrequested erotic material, including images of “any person engaging in sexual conduct or with the person's intimate parts exposed” or “covered genitals of a male person that are in a discernibly turgid state.”
