Proposed Oklahoma Bill Aims to Outlaw 'Giving Porn to the Homeless'

A strange new bill introduced by Oklahoma State Senator Rob Standridge would make it illegal to knowingly give “obscene material” to a “vulnerable person,” explicitly including unhoused people.
